Nov 13, 2024 · WebDuring a waiting period leading up to a colonoscopy I started scrutinizing what was in my feces, looking for signs of bleeding. Whatever colors the substances are you've eaten, that's fair game to see in your stool. Sometimes you just see stuff in your poop. I can see black specs in mine. Looks like pepper to me.
