WebJan 28, 2012 · The Callaham added a few ounces of weight to the CIJ Strat I put it in, but the stock block was a skinny zinc block. The CIJ was also a super light guitar to begin with. WebJan 10, 2024 · 1.) Disassemble the bridge (make a note of saddle location for ease of reintonation). 2.) Start all 3 mounting screws and install trem arm* into block. 3.) Tighten 3 mounting screws firmly. 4.) Reinstall saddles and bridge and reintonate instrument. Make sure to carefully reintonate your instrument. I use the vibrato bar a lot and play a 10,12,16,28,38,46 set of Ernie ball strings.

The saddles may be too wide for the neck design, as well. Maybe it's just the angle of the photo, I hope the guitars aren't leaving the factory that way.
