WebApr 12, 2024 · This work explores the atomic-scale nature of defects within hafnium dioxide/silicon dioxide/silicon (HfO2/SiO2/Si) transistors generated by hot-carrier stressing. The defects are studied via electrically detected magnetic resonance (EDMR) through both spin-dependent charge pumping (SDCP) and spin-dependent tunneling (SDT). WebJul 13, 2024 · In this paper, synaptic transistors were fabricated by using carbon nanotube (CNT) thin films and interface charge trapping effects were confirmed to dominate the weight update of the synaptic transistors. Large synaptic weight update was realized due to the high sensitivity of the CNTs to the trapped charges in vicinity.
