WebAug 25, 2024 · The Evri couriers receive a daily manifest and sometimes when there's a glitch the collections don't show up so they don't know about them. Sometimes they show up the next day and sometimes never so I would either try dropping at a parcel shop or contact the vendor as it is their responsibility because they organised the return.
