WebAs others are saying, DLC always show up as 0.0 hours as there is no way for Steam to know if you're playing the base game content or DLC content. For regular games, you cannot write a review until you have at least 0.1 hours. As for why people are liking it, its because people are dumb and they like memes rather then actual helpful posts.
