With the latest patch, Blizzard removed the attunement process and now the quests can be completed just for the sheer satisfaction. You dont have to take the people that whisper you. Most normal dungeons dont really give that great of loot anyways, and especially with kara attune being removed and being able to do kara at 68, its quite easy to just step right into kara and become overgeared for heroics.
