Pull the old bushing out paying attention to any keyways or grooves in the bushing, mount, and the rack that are used to align the bushing and mount to the rack. Place the mount strap over the bushing and rack and thread the nuts/bolts back in by hand. Tighten the nuts/bolts to spec.
