WebFeb 18, 2014 · When other users add their picture using the OWA it appears as though it should be working. However, when they send an email their pictures are not displayed on the messages. If you open the global address book and then click on the user's name you can see their picture. But it is still not showing up in messages. Any thoughts? Nate WebI've changed my profile photo on the Microsoft page. If I log into Outlook email on my MacBook the new photo shows there. But the old photo is still showing up on the Outlook apps on my iPhone and iPad. How do I get them to update? I've tried the "Reset account" option within the link but that didn't work.
