Web23 Feb 2024 · WIth +1 this item is enough to give you the bonus without equipping more Sanguine gear, and by giving you Strength it is even the best Trinket (if not the best) stats wise. The Lifesteal effect happens via the Unity Bonus you gain from Sanguine armor pieces. The pieces themselves done have special mechanics. Thanks for the info guys!
