For educational purposes it was joined in 1874, with Sawtry All Saints and Sawtry St. Andrew, into the Sawtry United School District. Near the church is a moated site. The three former Anglican parishes of All Saints, St. Andrew and Sawtry Judith, were combined in 1934.
