WebbNormally, what happens when you die is that held items drop to the ground and the rest are on your body. But I have also seen it where your gear is on the ground if your body is gone. If you have a buddy, you can have them strip your gear and periodically move the stuff around or pick it up to reset the despawn timer until you return.
