Im not sure if that's a bug in some mod but from what i saw on forums there is no mounted crosshair in vanilla Skyrim.

Probably should delete some of your mods and be more careful and look for bugs etc before downloading them, anyhow only thing I recommend is deleting most of the mods and installing a few to find out which is causing it. Sorry to be of not much help.
