Unwrapping a cube in blender
WebIn blender afaik I have to unwrap the floor and scale by the default factor but makes really hard to match the size of one tile in the model to the size of a real one, and it takes too much time. So far with my limited noob knowledge I tried to manually scale it with node and/or while unwrapping. WebFeb 21, 2014 · The cube made me cringe a bit, you should explain that the only time you need an unwrap like that for a cube is if you plan to have a different texture on each face, usually stacking a cube ends up being the most useful way to utilize its unwrap.

And it doesn't look like you got any shadows into the uploaded texture (most likely because the islands were about 4 pixels a piece :D.
